Get started
First, you must know how much the Earth is endangered. All the beautiful forests are being burnt to dust because of the rising temperatures! They are also being cut down, a soccer field-size chunk every 3 seconds. The ice is melting, causing the sea levels to rise making terrible floods that kill many animals! The water is being polluted with mounds of floating junk and oil spills causing the marine life there to die. Many birds also choke on the trash. Whales are being beached due to the rising sea level! People are wasting lots and lots of water and paper each minute.
So, what can we do to help?
We can do trash pickups. Go outside with a bag and some gloves and start picking up trash!
We can switch from plastic products to reusable ones. Using cloth bags instead of plastic ones will save the use of 600 bags!
We can conserve water. We can take shorter baths and showers. Don't use more water than you need.
We can use paper wisely. Use the back of the paper, too! Recycling also helps. You can also use compostable paper products and recyclable paper products.
Always make sure to be conscious of what you're using and eating. Some packaged food is harmful to plants, and meat is dead animal so don't eat that too often!
Recycle what you can! You can make a homework box to organize your work, you can make a bird feeder, you can make instruments, and if you've got tiny bits, (paper works best) make something out of papier mache!
